1. Purpose of collection
Information is collected to respond to course or trial inquiries, arrange consultation, assess suitable learning options, contact parents or guardians, manage enrolment follow-up, and maintain necessary service records.
2. Types of information
The form may collect the student’s name, age or grade, school, English learning experience, course interests, parent or guardian name, telephone number, LINE ID, preferred contact time, and additional notes voluntarily provided by the user.
3. How information is stored
Submitted inquiries are saved in the Broca English website database and displayed to authorised staff in the administration portal. The current system does not automatically email the inquiry form.
4. Use and access
Information is used within the scope of the inquiry and related enrolment services. Access should be limited to authorised staff who need the information for consultation, administration, or student support.
5. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, enrolment follow-up, legal obligations, and legitimate administration needs. Records may be archived or deleted according to Broca’s internal process.
6. User choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. Required fields are needed so Broca can identify the inquiry and contact the parent or guardian. You may contact Broca to ask about correction or deletion of submitted information, subject to applicable requirements.
7. Children’s information
A parent or legal guardian should submit the form when the inquiry concerns a minor. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in the notes field.
8. External services
Links to Facebook, Google Maps, LINE, or app stores are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own privacy terms.
